Carolyn Scott is a Durham branding photographer. She specializes in candid and editorial branding photography in the Triangle area (Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary, etc). Carolyn’s work has been published in several popular books and magazines, including Apartment Therapy, BuzzFeed, and Fangoria. Locally, she’s been voted Best Photographer in Durham Magazine’s Best Of Durham and INDY Week’s Best of the Triangle. She lives in South Durham with her husband Geoff and three cats.

As we finally bid this dumpster-fire of a year that is 2016 adieu, we take a moment to happily remember that while things went crashing and burning swiftly after David Bowie died, that not all of the year was bad. We personally had a lot of happy memories working with these happy people that we love and cherish. CSP had a wonderful year thanks to everyone in this post. A huge heartfelt congratulations to all of our clients on their weddings, anniversaries, children, pets, engagements, families, and all milestones large and small that we helped celebrate with you all this year. Promos // Gilded Bridal, Pt. 2.

We’re so happy to bring you part two of my shoot with Gilded Bridal! Here’s part one, in case you missed it. Part two’s mission was to photograph the interior of Gilded Bridal, the new wedding gown boutique in downtown Raleigh, and to take some headshots of my beloved wedding client Susan as she’s now become a successful business owner! So proud of her and her BEAUTIFUL space that she and her Dad designed and constructed. It is truly a fantastic addition to downtown Raleigh and to the local wedding industry.
